Amber Pitts- Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
Amber Pitts has 9 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner she worked as registered nurse in the emergency department. She has serviced patients from age newborn up to 104. In the family practice setting she has experienced a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions including mental illness. Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, family and friends, and traveling.

Missy has been a registered nurse for 18 years. She has been a school nurse for 13 years and also currently works at Horizon Health in the Emergency Department and on the medical/surgical floor. She coaches basketball and cross country. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and working out.

Melody Tedford- Registered Nurse (RN)

Melody Tedford has 44 years of experience as an RN. Thirty two of those years were spent managing the ER. Then she moved to Paris and worked in the ER. Later she worked at Paris schools as the District #95 School Nurse.
Melody enjoys spending time with family, pets and friends, traveling and going on cruises.

Sheryl Haddix has been a Certified Nurse’s Aide for over 17 years and has been working for District 95 for the last 9 years. During her time as a CNA she has worked in a Nursing Home and Hospital setting. During her time at District 95 Schools she has been working as a CNA, Vision and Hearing Technician, and a Paraprofessional inside the classrooms. Sheryl loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys hunting, riding her motorcycle, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She spent several years as a Paramedic, over 13 years at the Edgar County Public Health Department, and now working her dream job at Mayo Middle School in the health office. Carri enjoys spending time with her husband, their 4 daughters, and their grandson, (granddaughter coming soon) She enjoys traveling, sports, hunting, and her boutique.
